Am 1 lb from my revised goal, 3rd in total. Started @ 210 lbs an goal was 190, the. Changed to 180 even before I reached the 190, lol. And again changed it to 175 before I made 180. Weighed 176 lbs tonite at work, Tuesday nites being my documented weigh in time. Not sure about going lower, because I'm really comfortable now, but still have stomach to improve on. So, continuing with Insanity until completed and will figure out what's next later I guess.

Well at home sick - I thought I'd post to this. I always need fresh motivation and friends. I'm 43 currently at goal weight after losing over 5 stone. I'm finding maintenance tricky so would value the support xx

Hi all - 48, female,, lost about 10 lbs over the last couple months, and making a lot of changes in my life.

Right now I'm trying to figure out how to gently begin lifting again with a very tricky shoulder. And begin yoga/stretching again.

Staying strong and limber is my game plan for getting older.

I would like to join as well. I'm 47 years old and married one year ago and have 3 children of my own (ages 20, 13 and 6) and my husband has two children (ages 21 and 8). I'm a short person, only 4'11" and was getting tired of being tired every day and decided this time I have to do it. I want to live a long healthy life. I joined a popular weight loss site outside of this one and since Feb 2nd have lost 15 lbs. I actually look forward to walking on the treadmill now whereas before I did not like exercise. I would like to lose another 10 lbs at this point but may lose a little more if I can make it that far. I have a small frame so 110-115 looks best on me. But at this point I will take anything I can get! I just like feeling better, sleeping better and having more energy. :)

I am here at 50! Hitting my 40’s in terrible shape, I made a change, started educating myself, eventually deciding that fitness matters so much that I got my personal trainer cert. I now do online and in person personal training. Love helping others the way I was helped by so many.

Out of cell range last week but keeping up the exercise. 2 full days skiing (powder in march!) and 1 day of boarding, 1 day hiking and playing in the snow. Drove home and did a 39km bike. Definitely the sport where weight loss is really noticeable on the hills. Unfortunately too much beer wine and big portions have the scales static. Cutting out booze for the next month to restart the process. Back is about 80% better and no longer an issue....now i just need to rehab my ankle

Hi, 49 and making changes. Improving health issues by approaching intergrative avenues. Got a 100lb to lose and have lost 10 so far. Changing up my diet one step at a time. Finding it a bit challenging with food allergies involved. Never dieted before in my life so this is all new to me and with your inspiration, we can all meet our goals. Recently started walking when I can since I work 12 hour days on a rotating base with lots of schedule changes in between. Have started making simple changes like less bread, more fresh food, 3-5 ingredients only. So far staying mostly under my calorie goals. Lets see where this takes us.

Hi Everyone, I am back to give it another try. I fell off the wagon (but didn't gain any weight)! I am more determined this time to lose the weight. I know that I have to combine eating healthy and exercise to make this work. I have been logging for about a week now and that seems to help keep me in check too. So here we go!
