Wow. What a weekend!!!!
Three days of swing dance workshops, three days of social dancing, three days of circus taster classes ( I learnt my lesson from the last circus camp I did and went for the less energetic skills - stilt walking, walking globe and juggling. The bruising from last times trapeze and hula hoop was just too much!!!)
A day of rest now.
Total miles walked/ran/danced - 73. Well over my target of 50
Total hours spent dancing - at least 13!!!
Bruises gained in the last week from activities - eight.

60 mins walking too and round Goodrich castle, 90 mins walking round th Cotswold Water Park - all v slow as with our (under the weather) daughter. I'll count it as 2 hrs,
So sorry not to have seen your post before Steve (poor wifi connection I guess) - but thinking of you and honouring your beautiful daughter.

Oldie back in here Jeannie.... hmmm let's go 350 miles this month. Quite a strech from last month goal. Must get those miles to train.... Looks like a biking/camping trip is a go for July.. 340 miles in 6 days (Michigander bike tour)
3/1 - youtube 30 minute video step jump rebounder no biking 1" of snow today.
3/2 - 13.32 miles, road bike, 1:01, 32*F
3/3 - 7.14 miles, mountain bike, 38.55 min. 32 *F snowing like crazy got 2 to 3 inches. alot of weird looks while riding. One neighbor stopped his truck as I went by shaking his head lol. So much snow got on my glasses I had to stop and clean them off lol

3/8 - 14.15 miles, weather was awesome 72 degrees but windy

It was a LONG ride. It also took me a while to type all that because my arms were a bit weak the day after the ride.

Ok - so my goals were 800 usual, 3-600 stretch - ie 1400 mins total and 30 mins minimum of 28 days (health/parents willing)
And - despite a rocky month with my parents/health that has knocked the usual swimming off course ... I have passed both goals! Yay!!! And I even got the bike out...just for you ofcourse Steve.
I've found my minimum daily activity a really helpful goal. (Even on rough CFS days done something..) So my April challenge will certainly contain this...not sure what else......nice thing to ponder on...

Wednesday 3.0 Mile walk. Husband, girls and I had a really wonderful day. Took a long road trip this day..
Thursday girls and I got out really early as Rain setting in! 3.0 Walking Miles today....
Total Walking Miles for MARCH 2016.....115.0 ....over my goal by 15miles! yayyyyyyyyyyyy!
Exercise Bike was not very much but I did have 9.0 Miles....
