.... I guess that is sort of scale related.

Oh well!
It's still a good feeling, though, huh? I've been about 5lbs less than my hubby for a few weeks now (he's 6', I'm 5'6"), and it's starting to annoy him - he's going to have to step up his game to catch me, now!
My own latest NSV is that the jeans I recently managed to fit into are not as snug as they were just a couple of weeks ago, so although my weight hasn't changed a lot things are apparently "shifting around".5 -

Well done! It is so difficult to resist! A colleague brought chocolate cake in to work today because it was her birthday but I just had my apple instead even though I'd had a tough morning. What a great feeling

I ditched the bra extender two weeks ago, have lost 3 1/2 inches off my waist and am able to walk up three flights of stairs without feeling like I'm going to die at the top like I did three months ago!13

Have fun! One of my goals was to reach the back of my closet (which I haven't done in at least 10 years!) and I have done it!! Having a new wardrobe is wonderful!!2 -

Everything I read said good well fitting shoes are a must so I waltzed right into the local running store. It was the first time in a long time I felt like a fish out of water. The store folks were great! I got awesome shoes and $12 socks...but nice $12 socks. So now I just finished my 2nd week of C25K and I'm loving it (and my $12 socks)!!!!7

Managed to finish writing my 30 page paper (don't go to grad school, people) without binging. It's a miracle!!!18

I mentioned that I love cheese at work when someone said well you are skinny so you can eat cheese. I was sooooo happy.11

My Doc (literally) didn't recognize me sitting in the waiting room. lol20

My boyfriend showed me a photo he had taken that I didn't know from about 9 months (and nearly 60lbs) ago when I had been walking in front of him. I could hardly recognize myself, and he was really proud of me! He told me that I had been his inspiration to lose over 30lbs since Christmas. He's looking great.
I really enjoy shopping now! It's actually quite concerning, because I've spent a small fortune... but it's so nice to be able to go into a shop, try something on, and feel good about myself!
Someone at work told me that I was looking "skinny" now! (Not sure I would go that far, but it was nice to hear!)
I ran for the longest I have ever run without a break yesterday: 50 mins! It felt amazing and I can't wait to get back on the treadmill. Running at all is a NSV for me because when I started this, I thought the only reason to run was if you're being chased.
I can spend the whole day on my feet at work and not feel like collapsing into a heap on the ground with my face in a bowl of chips.
Started lifting weights with a personal trainer and actually spending some time at the scary man section of the gym and feeling like a hero.18 -
I can read my scale without holding my belly in. I was starving yesterday ( I work in 14 grocery stores a week) when I checked out I spent half the money I usually spend and bought REAL food!!!!!10

i can cross my legs comfortably in my work chair. woohoo!!11

My "In 5 Weeks..." Result represents a 100 lb total loss! Honestly never thought I'd see that happen. It may take more than 5 weeks, but it's in sight16

I thought that I was at the end of my shrinking stage, so I bought 2 sport coats about a month ago. Went from a 52 in August to 46 in March. I had to wear one on Saturday and find that it's completely too big. I'm going to have to drop to a 42 without looking like my jacket is going to swallow me. I also found a denim jacket in the back of the closet that I haven't worn in years. I put it on and it's "roomy" and it's a MEDIUM!!18

Kinda funny...I noticed some extra room in my bra the other day. It will be nice to have a smaller cup size, because I have always had a large chest and the excess weight made it even BIGGER. I just hope that they don't look too deflated, like after I had my daughter. Lol.7
