My daughter recommended I go to Victoria's Secret for a bra fitting. They were really respectful and I got the best fitting bra ever. I was too shy to go in at first but the clerks were terrific. I have a bra that fits! It will need to be replaced as I lose but I need to treat myself on the essentials. Lots of emotions surfacing.13

Right!? My knees are never comfortable now. It's like I have to put my comforter between them!

There are some days when your mind totally tricks you and you feel like you didn't lose enough and other days when you can't stop looking at yourself in the mirror !

I 100% agree with this. Some days I'm so happy with myself and some days I still feel like I'm a big, fat hot mess.1 -
How much time I spend thinking about food (in a good way), and for me especially exercise. I think about what my workouts are going to be all the time and can't wait until I can get to the gym to kill it.
That you have to allow yourself a treat occasionally and not come down on yourself for giving in to temptation.
How much better you will sleep!4 -

Me, too. Some nights they are fine. Others, like last night I felt uncomfy most of the night.1 -
Why are my hands always cold? They never used to be when I was heavy. Oh well, it's a small price to pay for being healthier. Maybe the summers will be more tolerable now.7

After losing a lot of weight I too started having cold hands and generally feeling colder. I think it maybe my metabolism has slowed so much after being on a diet for years.3

I agree with alot of what you guys have said but another thing is after you really start showing results and remain very focused how much people around you you thought was friends begins to make side diet comments/jokes and how rarely acknowledge successes.
Then you have the ones that barely kept in touch now blowing you up along with men Meh they can keep it not interested at all ✔✔. I am just like whatever and keep on doing me and ingore all of it. ✔✔7 -

I remember being nearly 50 pounds heavier and wishing I was around the weight I am now. Now don't get me wrong, it's amazing how much better I feel and how much stronger I am, but back then I never would have thought I would still be not happy with my physique at this weight.
I still want lower bodyfat and more muscle gains.
So true!
The gym keep nagging to put my before/after pics on the wall but I'm not anywhere near finished yet!

How people don't instantly call me "Sir"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!5

Definitely that people who are close to you sometimes get awkward or even jealous of you because they need to lose weight and see you as a threat since you are actually succeeding.
How bad fast food or junk food tastes after eating better for several months. I can overeat or eat a bad food and the next day feel like I have a food hangover.17 -

I heard that some vitamin deficiencies cause cold hands and feet.... I want to say Vitamin d and b-12... You might look it up though, i'm not 100% sure...2 -
No one told me how good it feels!7

Having to replace all my shoes because my feet got smaller. Da *kitten*? Also my shoes. My beautiful shoes! The saddest part is that they've all been replaced with trainers.4

how stiff you'll feel from sitting still for hours, when you're used to exercising.
how your legs and butt will no longer go numb from sitting in certain positions.
how nice it is to have calves that fit into cute fall boots without that elastic goring in the back.
What eating too much sodium actually feels like.
When I gained weight it was nice to feel a little too warm in the winter. But as I lose the weight, I'm back to being cold all the time.6
