I haven't had a very healthy food day. I've enjoyed it though.
For breakfast I had a mini muffin, toast, egg beaters eggs, and watermelon.
For Lunch I had a slice off deepdish pizza.
For Dinner I'm planning a nice healthy wrap, cauliflower, and watermelon.1 -

1 egg and 3 egg whites for breakfast. Clementine and 10 raw almonds for snack. Salad with chicken breast for lunch. Two servings mini wheats for snack. 1 Smirnoff Ice (light) - baked ham, green beans for dinner. Greek yogurt, protein powder and frozen blueberries for night snack.1

Breakfast - Leftover homemade Greek pizza with an egg on top and blackberries
Lunch - Turkey and provolone sandwich on wheat with banana
Snack - Pretzels & blackberries
Dinner - Grilled chicken breast and kale & bulgur salad with feta, tomatoes, and cucumbers1 -
breakfast was a halthy breakfast burrito made with an Ole wrap(high fiber /low net carbs-found at walmart) on it I used 2 servings of egg whites and light reduced fat cheese and 1 sausage link sliced. I also had water and hot coffee with 1 serving of creamer1

Lunch was vegetables in broth and half a can of tuna mixed in for low cal/low fat protein.0
