    Breakfast - Greek yogurt and blueberry flax cereal.
    Lunch - Avocado, tomato and onion sandwich.
    Dinner - turkey sausage and whole wheat spaghetti.

    B: protein bar (I'm beginning to realize this just does not do it for me)
    L: lite Italian wedding soup, carrots and hummus
    S: skinny girl popcorn
    D: going to be scrambled egg mess with mushroom, onion and asparagus

    I need to go for a walk or something cause I feel like I could eat my desk today.

    Breakfast: egg beaters with spinach and pepperjack cheese, wrapped in a "paleo" coconut wrap, apple
    Lunch: flatout wrap stuffed with hummus, spinach and pepperjack cheese, green beans
    Snacks: Almonds and coffee protein drink

    snack was a protein coffee drink
    lunch was a veggie soup and whole grain pita with hummus and cottage cheese
    snack was a banana
    dinner is two slices of pizza and some veggies on the side!

    Breakfast drink of 8oz coconut milk, 1 TBS powdered unsweetened cocoa, 1/2 C of strawberries, 1 TBS chopped walnuts, 2 pkg stevia, 5 ice cubes in a blender.

    Light lunch today. Had a big breakfast and will be having a big dinner after my second workout this evening so going light on lunch!

    Elevation Burger

    I got a bunless burger, wrapped in lettuce, no cheese, with bacon, mushrooms, onions, pickles, jalapenos, and tomato. It was delicious!

    I split a vegetable greek salad with a friend, and used the barcode app for the first time on my phone and it worked perfectly!!I can see that it will make checking calories on products in the grocery store so much easier

    3oz fajita chicken, peppers, 3/4 oz low fat Mexican cheese, 1T lowest sour cream, lettuce, high fiber tortilla. Yum.....

    Same as everyday....1/2 cup (dry) of oatmeal and protein shake after my morning workout.
