ok this might sound dumb but how do i figure out my percentage. I started out at 244 and weighted it at 241.6?

just wanted to comment on my weekend challenges:
Saturday:
complete two miles of any types of exercise
10 cups of water
Sunday:
10 cups of water. come on, it's the day of rest, you have time for water hehe!
I switched saturday with sunday, since saturday is my rest day.
So...saturday got 14 cups of water, and tha'ts checked.
Sunday: Worked out for over 2 hours, and drank 14 cups of water.
