My problem is, I usually take that advice! LOL.

Now I feel like a really bad dad.... I better not even get into how much bourbon I drink...

I prefer Rye, so it's OK

Knob Creek and Bulleit are my two favorite ryes...

@7lenny7 That's really cool! I was confused at first though, because so many of them looked like states that I couldn't figure out what the straight lines were meant to be... I got it though! :D

@kristinegift I thought they were states too!
@MNlittlefinn I love some fun competition. I'm really happy I'm feeling good. I was barely getting to 50 miles since December where before that I was at 140 - 160
@7lenny7 I just noticed your new profile pix, I like it. the video is a hoot
@whatmerunning why is the race called "running with the cows"?
    @poppetsmaster LOL "mattress discounters" LOL
@louubelle16 I think you hit on something you need to relax and enjoy the run to learn to love it again

I forgot the link to the site I used. It will https://www.madewithsisu.com/designs and will sync with either Strava or Runkeeper.

I was just about to ask. That is so cool!

Unfortunately, most of my routes would be a single dot because I run on the treadmill during the week. Only my weekend jaunts have any shape to them.

I forgot to mention, I just started using Strava, so if anyone wants to add me, my name is Laura Jarrett.

Why is that 5K in Hampton Cove, Running of the Bulls?

Ooh! The medal could be a clear rocket partly filled with green goo so it can ooze from side to side.

@MNLittleFinn ... before I realized that it was your mom's hair, I thought you were sporting radical ink on your head...

Now I'm sad - I don't use Strava or Runkeeper :( Maybe someday they'll link to Garmin Connect

ETA: They have an email at the bottom. I saw they do marathon posters, so I emailed them to see if they can do one for my marathon from last month.

    5/1: 26.2 miles (26.5 according to Garmin!)
    5/2: Marathon recovery day
    5/3: More marathon recovery
5/4: 3.5 miles with Pacers Wed squad
5/5: 3.5 miles with Thursday crew
    5/6: Rest day
5/7: 6.2 miles with Saturday RAP crew
    5/8: 10 miles solo
5/9: 4 miles with Monday coffee crew
    5/10: Rest
    5/11: Lazy day
5/12: 4.5 miles (am), 7.3 miles with Thursday crew (pm)

My run this evening was so much better than this morning! Good, social run. I definitely was feeling slumpy after 2 days without leaving my apartment, but going to work today and then having this group run tonight has kind of shaken me out of it. Note to self: hermit-itude does not work well for you.

    11/20: Philadelphia Marathon
