    I actually met my girlfriend on here last year. We're now living together and doing great. I agree MFP isn't a dating site, but I think starting with a shared interest in working on our health and picking up new activities along those lines was a great start.

    You don't ever want to be the "dang, your profile was s0000 hawt grrrl, wanna meet up?" guy, but why would anyone limit the places you could meet other people you might enjoy (dating, friends or whatever)?
