- Finish eating at 8pm 25/31 nights. 15/25
- Finish eating at 9pm 6/31 nights of my choice. 4/6

I am in! I tend to do really well during the day and even eat well at dinner but snacking at night is a hard habit to break for me. I am starting today.6

The earlier cut off makes it a bit more difficult, but I find that the urge to nibble is reducing as the days pass.2 -

I am going to start this today, if that ok!! Snacking is definitely my biggest problem in terms of my diet. There's 11 days left - good short term goal

This nice thing about this particular challenge is you can start it any time you want and set up your own rules. I am so grateful to the original person (people) who started this one and keep it going month after month with a brand new challenge at the beginning of each new month. It has really helped me reign in my late night snacking! Welcome!

I had allotted myself one "free" night a week...obviously that plan backfired. Despite that, I am still really glad for this challenge. I know I would have ate more of my calories each night if it wasn't for this challenge.3 -
I know I'm coming late to the party, but I. Hope you all will let me join. LNS is definitely where I struggle the most with eating. My goal for the rest of this month is to not eat after dinner. I've been successful the last two nights.
