Made it to a minute today. Could have gone longer but gonna stick with the timeline. Just wanted to see if I could still make it that long at least! Full plank on the hands, not the elbows.3

Good question!
I've been doing 5 minute planks 6 days on, one day off, since I finished the challenge, but I'm going to start doing them every other day, because I think the muscles need a day to repair and grow.
I also run 4 days a week and do at least 20,000 steps every day, so I think I'm erring on the side of caution and was overdoing it.

I started day one with 60 seconds, day two one minute 15 seconds, day 3 (today) 1 min 20 seconds. I am having my staff do it too.4

Day nine: three sets of a minute each! Feeling very accomplished! Getting those bikini abs. Lol will have to do quite a few of this challenge for that but I am on my way :-)1
