I would love to get in on the plank action. So I'm starting late but all that matters is that I'm starting, right!?!

Day nine: three sets of a minute each! Feeling very accomplished! Getting those bikini abs. Lol will have to do quite a few of this challenge for that but I am on my way :-)

Day 3 - 30 seconds done (on 20 May - forgot to log here).
Missed doing any yesterday due to SUP race and too exhausted when I got home. Will pick it back up today.

I did a similar challenge recently and instead of focusing now on lengthening the time I've started doing them with one leg lifted off the ground for 30 sec. and then switch to the other leg. Those are tougher than I thought! Lots of variations of planks so doing these challenges using the different positions is good, too.

I just can't get my front joints to do that! Must be very hard on the elbows.

Best of luck to everyone, and may your buts firm up happily. :)

After a number of days of missing the challenge, I'm hereby starting over...let's see if I can stick with it this time.

Day 1 - Done! - 35 seconds elbows; 30 seconds straight arm (much easier, IMO)

I've just found this Challenge.. I do very limited exercise at the moment so I'm hoping this will ease me in..slightly. I've done about 3 planks in my whole life and I was shaking all over after 10secs so I'm determined to get to at least a minute. Day one starts tomorrow morning as soon as I wake up! I will post to prove it! ;)
