Oh yes I fancy to join! I'll go for the minutes as I can't track calories...I am exercising at home and have no HRM.

I feel like 20,000 is aiming a little high for me since I normally am lucky if I hit 600 in a day. I will try it out though. If I can pull that off it will add HUGE to one of my other challenges.
I am actually going to track my time too just not with a ticker.0 -
I'm in!! I'm hoping this will motivate me!! I have never hit that many calories in a day, but will really work on the minutes!

Count me in, i'm on holiday 16th-24th July but still planning on excersising every day. Going up Scotland so mostly walking probably. My best friend (polar ft7 HRM) is coming with me. Don't know if I'll be able to get computer access that week but will definately update as soon as I'm back. Happy burning everybody.0

10 min down this morning!
I'm part of several challenges this month, so I aimed for double this time0 -
I'm in! on rest day today (I hate rest days but they are necessary :grumble: ) but kick off tomorrow full speed0

Just got back from a mammoth gym session- 1200 calories down! wouldn't have got off the sofa if it hadn't have been for this challenge, just kept thinking "another few calories...." Won't have time for that most days but its a start :-)0
