Arms and shoulders this morning. Elbows starting to hurt so I may need to lay off arms next week.

My eldest daughter made the provincial lacrosse championship tourney this weekend so heading off to Victoria this weekend (well staring wednesday night) with the family The other two finished up their seasons yesterday. Not sure what we will do with all our free time without the 9 lacrosse events a week.

I plan to try and bike back and forth from the hotel to the arena a few times during the tournament as the hotel gym appears to be a single treadmill, elliptical, and a 1950s universal machine.

Off to work out this 47 year old body. Can't stop time, but you can fight aging for a better quality of life for the time you have! Keep working on be AMAZING.

I walked 2 x 45 minutes yesterday. Not fast. But I did it.

I am back to work, today. :)

    Which I LOVE!

I will try and get 2 x 30 minute walks in tonight. And then I just build up from there.

I can start back to lifting next week. BOOM!

How does everyone here deal with the body-face dilemma ?
Significant weight loss last year (at 42) brought the very first signs of aging on my face: flattened cheeks and a slight tendency towards droopiness / jowl. Never mind I managed to put back almost all the weight id lost last year...but the face has not returned to its pre-weight loss shape.
I have always liked my face better than my body - and now to see the weight loss / fluctuation accelerate the relatively very slow aging process I'd had up to this point (43).... Drives me insane.

I'd never thought I would ever consider the filler enhancement route ...but at this rate...

    Any advice? Thanks a lot!

Back and HIIT run. Not bad since I was really procrastinating this workout this morning.

@tojo_73 I am needing some heavier weights at home too and a bench. Trying to find it cheap on kijiji
