I'm in although the month is off to a rough start. A friend of mine died yesterday, so I'm going to be focusing on family and friends for the next week. I'll definitely check in when I can though, I really enjoyed doing this!

Thanks for setting up this thread @jlemoore - this challenge really helped me get moving last month!!
So sorry to hear about your friend @TaraFIT03, but know you will come back with a vengeance when you have the time...exercising really helped me last month when I was grieving the loss of my dear friend's daughter.
Hope everyone reaches their goals! I guess my goal is to do the 24 hours and try to push past as much as possible. I will be starting a new job this month, which is going to take away from my workout time, so the base 24 hours is going to be challenging enough.
1 July: 70 min walking leisurely/slow (2.26 miles total) with a friend and her dogs = 70 minutes
2 July: 30 min speed walking through airports = 30 minutes
3 July: 110 min touring SUP (4.95 miles) = 110 minutes
Total: 210 minutes out of 1440 minutes

@b3achy Thank you I will have to keep that in mind. Right now all I've been doing is stress eating which doesn't feel good at all. I am going to try and convince myself to do something tomorrow morning, plus it will help get my mind off everything. Congrats on the new job2
