I am in, too. I've have 15.1 lbs to lose to reach my goal weight.
per trendweight, If I (continue to) lose 1.4 lbs/week of total weight, I can reach goal around September 19, 2016. I need to increase my exercise, b/c I like to eat

Successes: Got in some more exercise, still ate really healthy (except for Christmas in July dinner party). Making the healthier choice is becoming easier.
Goals for this week: Drink more water, get regular exercise in and obviously try lose a little weight for next week's weigh in.1 -

This past weekend was my bday and we had a party so there were a lot of booze involved. These are the kinds of things that I'm going to have to stop giving myself excuses for. Im trying to find that middle ground between not giving myself any wiggle room and giving too much. I've noticed there's always going to be reasons...bdays, celebrations where I'll allow myself to "cheat" but those days turn into more than occasional things and before I know it, I've gained weight instead of lost it. Granted I am down 3 pounds within the past week, but I'm waiting for the pounds from this weekend to pile back on.1 -
