    Can we break them up into sets throughout the day or are we supposed to knock them out on one session. Cause that I can't do, lol.

    Your choice. I knocked out day 1 in one session, but not sure I will be able to continue that.

    Day 2 complete! After crunch #40, my abs locked up on me for about 15 minutes - I guess they were angry because I'm trying to wake them up.

    Go as far as your body will let you without hurting yourself. And complete any remaining later. Anything is better than nothing! Have fun with it! :#

    Those are crazy numbers for crunches and squats. I assume they aren't done all at once and can be done a little at a time over the day -- especially the larger 100+ numbers.

    There are no major health concern w/doing so many air squats but there has been health concerns voiced about doing crunches for some time and the recommendation that some people -- especially those w/back problems -- not do them at all.

    Just something to consider if you weren't aware of it before.

    Day 2 done. I split them in half and take a 5 seconds rest in between. Do as many as you can, take a short break then continue.
