So I think I'm going a bit backwards in weight loss. When I started this, I had lost 12lbs and wondering if now my workouts are adding muscle mass? Either way committed to keep working through it.

Same calorie intake as the previous week, same clean eating and healthy choices, but I've been lifting HEAVY at the gym as opposed to light cardio and interval training. I'm going to say it's because of my painful, swelled up, but growing, muscles7 -

Glad you posted and kept yourself accountable!! Even when it's not the best week (which it wasn't me for eother), I think it's important to post as scheduled. We don't like seeing the up, but it's realistic and what truly happens. They say true weight loss isn't linear!! It can help other people, too, when they see we had a bad week but then continued on! Stay strong3 -

Well I'm starting late but I'm still going to try because this is day one of my diet. So I'm sure the weight will come off quickly at first. I plan to do yoga as it helped me lose all my baby weight and i plan to eat less carbs and stop overeating.
