    Im back after having hip replacement surgery 3 months ago. My goal will be to ride my stationary recumbent bike 100 miles in the month of August.

    Felt like crap yesterday, so I took a rest day, but made up the miles today. Weather still not quite cooperating to be back out on the board, so it's just glider machine so far this week.

    I would like to join - even tho I'm late. I need accountability and and incentives with logging this every day and seeing what others are doing will help.

    My goal is :
    30 minutes daily on a stationary bike
    3,000 steps daily
