Up to 137lbs... I'm amazed and happy to be gaining weight. I have come a long way and even tho I still haven't reached my goal yet I feel much more comfortable in my clothes. I no longer feel embarrassed to wear shorts or skirts in the summer because I felt my legs were too skinny. Ppl just don't understand the struggle...5

Good snack with 120 calories in between meals... Try it if you haven't already you may like them. They have variety of course but this is a fav or mine.
Those are super delicious, but if you are looking to gain weight I'd suggest looking into regular cookies instead. A chips ahoy cookie would get you an extra 40 calories (every bit helps in my experience) and is super tasty...

She isn't taking the med because it causes weight gain. She is taking it because it increases her appetite, so she can more easily eat at a calorie surplus and then gain the weight. This has been explained multiple times. She isn't underweight. She has an aesthetic goal to gain more weight. It's her choice. She finds it challenging to be hungry enough to eat at the calorie surplus. The med increases her appetite, so she eats at a calorie surplus. Not everyone has a huge appetite. I personally wouldn't take it. My doctor actually did prescribe an antihistamine to me while I was trying to gain weight. I chose not to take it. It's a personal choice. I eat all day, even though I am not hungry and I add oils and nuts to increase my calories with less bulk of food quantity. To gain weight a person needs to eat at a calorie surplus. There are different ways to obtain a calorie surplus. Different people choose different methods. Same with weight loss and a calorie deficit. Different people choose different methods which are enjoyable, obtainable, sustainable for their personality type and hunger level. She hopes to eventually have enough of a weight gain and appetite that she doesn't need it. It's her money, her choice, her life, her happiness.10 -

But his comment was to someone else entirely? Is it a problem to suggest to people to try increasing calories in other ways before trying a supplement that increases appetite in only a portion of the population?
ETA: especially since they don't live in the US and buying the product is much more expensive.8 -

Oh no. I'm sorry. I must have missed who he was replying to. He has posted the same comment multiple times. So, I misunderstood. I thought he was still speaking to the op. No, that's definitely not a problem. Like I said, I don't take supplements or meds either. I definitely prefer not to. And definitely support people in finding other options. The op is happy with her choice. Edit to add: I see that now. Oops. Sorry. Not sure how I missed that. But, I did. Thanks for pointing it out. Yeah, his reply made sense in reply to the other person. I must have been scanning quickly and didn't realize. It's a stressful day, my car broke down.6 -

However yes it's stated over n over... Ppl don't agree with how others chose to go about their weight gain journey and that's okay. I still; however don't see the point in saying its a waste of money. I guess it's supposed to piss those of us off that's using Apetamin... Lol However it's been working for us so hey,, lol if I could just up and eat a surplus from the start I wouldn't need it, but obviously I've been down that road with no luck. Whatever works for anyone in this journey to gain I'm happy for you. Happy gaining to all...5

yes, and she can gain weight by taking in more calories, without having to spend money on expensive weight gainer that does not even work for a majority of those who take it.
Eating in a calorie surplus will make you gain weight 100% of the time.5
