    saw this and wondered if I could do it and had a go. Surprised myself and actually did 35. It wasn't that long ago that I couldn't do any

    Week one
    day 01: 25 squats =done
    day 02: 30 squats =
    day 03: 35 squats =
    day 04: 40 squats =
    day 05: 45 squats =
    day 06: 50 squats =
    day 07: 55 squats =
