8/19 (day 3) - 3.11 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:25 pace, 20 minute morning yoga. I found a new channel on YouTube that has a lot of yoga videos on it.... Yoga with Adriene. And I am loving it! I do yoga classes two days a week, but wanted to do it at home a couple of days a week, too. She is very gentle & positive (at least in what I've seen so far), & that is exactly what I was looking for.

19.08 day one! I saw this post yesterday and thought, wow! What a great way to motivate people to do more exercise! So I did an hour of bodypump and 15 minutes of yoga :-D 99days to go4

After my 4am wake up to start work for 6 hours, I came home made dinner then have done 30minutes of push ups, and ab worknot as much as I wanted to do BUT without this challenge I would have just sat on my *kitten*

My daughter just finished a beef stir fry and rice and well, I was really really hungry.4 -

Very busy day. Almost had to miss a day but we managed to get a 1.5 mile speed walk in.

8/22 (day 6) - 4.05 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:00 minute pace.
8/23 (day 7) - 4.44 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:34 pace; I have yoga class later today as well.2 -
