Hey ladies and gents!
My goals for the upcoming week are:
-No fast food (As of Friday it will be two weeks without any fast food)
-6,000 steps per day Monday through Friday
-Stay within my calorie range
-One Sprite between Monday and Friday (I am actually drinking it right now)
My weigh in is on Friday Morning so hopefully I have a better weigh in then last week!!6 -

I've done well avoiding high-carb foods this week. Still working on eliminating sugary drinks and cocktails.

Happy start to a new week and here's to all of us having a productive week...I didn't weigh in this morning, I shall do this tomorrow morning. Had a busy last week and didn't do the best (had my 4th grand baby born) So life has been a bit hectic but here's to getting back on track!!

It's terrific seeing so many people still joining our group! Haven't done my weigh in yet for the week..plan to hop on the scale tomorrow. No matter what it says on the scale, I am definitely feeling better by eating better!2

Okay just a minor set back...it will be alright...vacation this weekend lots of walking..dancing...I'll be fine. ..starting back on the Mediterranean Prescription Diet that my doc has me on 2 yrs ago...starting next week...both me and hub...he has about 40 lbs to lose..
