Success/struggles this week:
Seem to be in a bit of a funk, with my arm still hurting so no pump / weights classes , which I really like . Had Tue Fri & sat off the gym not good .
Have still posted a loss not as much as I would have liked , not likely I’ll do the 20 lb by the end oh well it will be a lot closer than if I hadn’t done it at all … Have a great week everyone .

I went away for the weekend fot a wedding and made the decision to not track. Resulted in me gaining 300grams. Even though I fully expected a gain, I still feel disappointed.
BUT, back at the tracking as of this morning and will be hoping for a loss next week.1 -
