    That your body is still used to the weight and keeps trying to put the same effort into getting out of bed, out of chairs, off the couch as though it still had that weight. I nearly fell off my bed a couple of times last week because I bent over too far. Same with chairs and the couch. I still occasionally feel like I am trying to throw myself down the stairs on occasion.

    This cracked me up! So true! I feel like I am leaping off of my chair these days. Fun stuff right there. Congrats!

    Yeah, especially since I don't need to bend over and can just stand up. The bending to get up is still a habit.
