I'm back in, goal will be 200 miles on my stationary bike, increasing intensity as new hip tolerates. Also walking 30 minutes a day if pain allows.

LOL gentlygently. When I got my 1st dog she was 8 weeks old. She started walking with me right then. Within a couple of months she was walking the whole 5 miles with me. NOW she is 9 years old. She walks 2-3 miles a day with me BUT dogs legs are shorter so I'm guessing that is more miles for her than ME. WHAT KIND of dog are you getting?

Stuck inside with hurricane today, so had to do the glider. Hoping to get some paddling in this weekend once it is past since it's been over two weeks since I've had some water time.

The minute I can start exercising again, I'll be logging here. And actually I did manage about a 1 km walk today to and from the bus (0.5 km each way) when I went to get bloodwork done ... but that exhausted me so much, I took a 2-hour nap when I got home.1

Going to up my running a bit this month and see how we go. I have a fitbit which I try to make my targets with, whilst the exercising here I only log 15 minutes or more walking or running that is continuous.

The new dog a working cocker spaniel Jeannie (that is as opposed to a show one, not as opposed to a broken one!). Have been happily googling for a bike rack basket for him, given some of our best walks are a bike ride away...2 -

Today I got in 2.25 Walking Miles with my girls. Then hubby and I went too the big city. I mall walked for 2 hours. All in all we got in 6.75 Walking Miles....

Actually got to go outside for a few hours and get some weed pulling/gardening done...sadly, that doesn't convert to miles Didn't want to wander too far and get a real walk in because of the continued threat of rain showers today.
@jeanniewes -- oops...misplaced modifier?...but frankly when the cats get wound up and start chasing each other around it can be like being stuck inside with a hurricane...or three... All is good for me...though much of the surrounding area is having flooding issues.

I think my goal for September will be 300 cycling miles and 150 miles on my feet (walk/hike/run).
