    I've been trying to use my 30 min lunch break to walk. I walk a lot at work already but this is a much faster pass.

    2 Sept -oops,moot a day that went to plan. Zilch.

    350 + cals: 1 out of 2 days (58 towards my 100 total target)
    Atleast 30 mins: -
    Rest/lazy: - 1

    The new dog a working cocker spaniel Jeannie (that is as opposed to a show one, not as opposed to a broken one!). Have been happily googling for a bike rack basket for him, given some of our best walks are a bike ride away...

    Today I got in 2.25 Walking Miles with my girls. Then hubby and I went too the big city. I mall walked for 2 hours. All in all we got in 6.75 Walking Miles....

    TOTAL thus far September 2nd....16.0 Walking Miles...

    Actually got to go outside for a few hours and get some weed pulling/gardening done...sadly, that doesn't convert to miles :( Didn't want to wander too far and get a real walk in because of the continued threat of rain showers today.
    @jeanniewes -- oops...misplaced modifier?...but frankly when the cats get wound up and start chasing each other around it can be like being stuck inside with a hurricane...or three... ;) All is good for me...though much of the surrounding area is having flooding issues.

    I use Strava / Garmin / Fitbit data for distance.

    I think my goal for September will be 300 cycling miles and 150 miles on my feet (walk/hike/run).

    So far:

    1.9.16 - 14548 steps / 7.25 miles
    1.9.16 - 20 mile ride
    2.9.16 - 18400 steps / 9.25 miles
    2.9.16 - 21 mile ride
    3.9.16 - 20 mile ride
    3.9.16 - 9521 steps / 4.75 miles

    Total miles on feet: 21.25 / 150

    Today was a good day. YES IT WAS! Many moving chores back and forth. Lifting, moving, packing stuff. That gave me 7.0 Walking Miles as well as 2.5 Walking Miles with my girls and hubby...

    TOTAL thus far Sept 3rd.......25.5 Walking Miles....

    Woot! Finally got to go out to paddle late today (we still had some morning showers - like we've not seen enough rain already)! Water was pretty yucky/murky. Still managed to see one shark, but not much else. Was a good hour on the water and finished with a nice sunset!

    3 September: 2.90 miles SUP

    Early morning run for me, hip a bit sore so I'm glad I managed an hour. 6.19 mile run with a total so far of 9.09 miles walking and 15.52 miles running ( target 60 + 80 ) ☺

    5 Sept - 30 mins bare minimum. But atleast not as CFS-ey as yesterday.

    So not managing yet to turn round my slow start to the month. Hoping to be more on top of things when my daughter back at school.... But it is good to see people are generally doing better than me - and welcome Melanie and wmismail !

    I love the early morning walks best and it has been a bit cooler last few days so a bit longer walks as well..

    Sunday Sept 4th 0.00 MIles (sundays are always difficult due too Church Services
    Monday Sept 5th 3.5 Walking Miles with my hubby and some of it with my girls. Later day another 3.5 Walking miles at a slower rate.(7.0 Walking Miles total today) Evenings my energy level is about gone! lol

    TOTAL thus far Sept 5th........32.5 Walking Miles
