Today was a good day. YES IT WAS! Many moving chores back and forth. Lifting, moving, packing stuff. That gave me 7.0 Walking Miles as well as 2.5 Walking Miles with my girls and hubby...

Woot! Finally got to go out to paddle late today (we still had some morning showers - like we've not seen enough rain already)! Water was pretty yucky/murky. Still managed to see one shark, but not much else. Was a good hour on the water and finished with a nice sunset!

I love the early morning walks best and it has been a bit cooler last few days so a bit longer walks as well..
Sunday Sept 4th 0.00 MIles (sundays are always difficult due too Church Services
Monday Sept 5th 3.5 Walking Miles with my hubby and some of it with my girls. Later day another 3.5 Walking miles at a slower rate.(7.0 Walking Miles total today) Evenings my energy level is about gone! lol
