Hey I am new here and just found this link. I definately need a work out challenge. Coincidently I showed my 12 year old son the plank last night and urged him to hold 10 seconds, he was challenged :-) Then my hubby planked and said "wow this is hard!"3

@stillwaters6615 - great!!! yeah it's not easy is it!! I am still having a kitten fit at the thought of holding one for 5 mins lol!!!! hopefully if we all perservere we can all achieve it together!! welcome to the challenge
