I'm joining this bad boy today! I've been training sets of 45s and 60s already! Anything over 90s is crazy, 120s is OMG NOWAI. 300s at the end? GTFOH, but I'll try!2

@KevinYoukillus - yeah I know pmsl!!! given that I was shaking by the end of 20 seconds on day 1 - it seems like a kinda nightmare lol!!! imagine what our abs will look like if we manage it he he!!!0

If we are gonna progress, we are gonna need to do sets of planks, not just one per day. I've been training at 10 sets of 60s, but I fell off last week. I'm picking it up again tonight.2

wow - fair play - I am just starting back after a long period off - I came down with ME 10 yrs ago - so exercise is largely not possible for me - hence the plank as its minimum output for maximum gain - if that makes sense... will have to see how I go - it may be that I won't be able to make it - gonna give it a bloody good go though!!2

Day 5 - 40 seconds done - definitely getting stronger as I managed to hold it was not easy though.
Well done everyone who is still with me - and those who are streets ahead - @KevinYoukillus I am well impressed!!! Hopefully the rest of us will be with you soon

It makes sense!!! You don't have to do it all at once do your 40 second plank rest for as long as you need to and run do another one. Or you could always do 40 sec rest 30 sec rest 20 sec rest. It seems easier this way but you get a huge benefit !!! Happy planking!!!1

A day's total of planks! I like it! I can probably bust out 3 100s if I put my mind to it! But 2 150s? Hmmmmmmm1
