    I'm joining this bad boy today! I've been training sets of 45s and 60s already! Anything over 90s is crazy, 120s is OMG NOWAI. 300s at the end? GTFOH, but I'll try!

    @KevinYoukillus - yeah I know pmsl!!! given that I was shaking by the end of 20 seconds on day 1 - it seems like a kinda nightmare lol!!! imagine what our abs will look like if we manage it he he!!! B)

    If we are gonna progress, we are gonna need to do sets of planks, not just one per day. I've been training at 10 sets of 60s, but I fell off last week. I'm picking it up again tonight.

    wow - fair play - I am just starting back after a long period off - I came down with ME 10 yrs ago - so exercise is largely not possible for me - hence the plank as its minimum output for maximum gain - if that makes sense... will have to see how I go - it may be that I won't be able to make it - gonna give it a bloody good go though!!

    K, just did a 60s. Gonna do a few more to start working for 300s. Protip: do them on carpet.
