Day 5 - 40 seconds done - definitely getting stronger as I managed to hold it was not easy though.
Well done everyone who is still with me - and those who are streets ahead - @KevinYoukillus I am well impressed!!! Hopefully the rest of us will be with you soon

It makes sense!!! You don't have to do it all at once do your 40 second plank rest for as long as you need to and run do another one. Or you could always do 40 sec rest 30 sec rest 20 sec rest. It seems easier this way but you get a huge benefit !!! Happy planking!!!1

I used to be able to plank and side plank for 60 seconds in physical therapy. Let's see if I can catch up with you guys.1
