I believe your information is extremely false. Would like to see a credible source to back up your claim. Otherwise, I suggest you stop giving people false information.1 -
For the record, calling a woman a "girl" is not the equivalent of calling a man a "guy". It's the equivalent of calling him a "boy". Think about that.
Homo Sapiens evolved to adapt to their environment and take advantage of any food sources available. Domesticating animals (cattle and sheep for instance) allowed us to use animal products on a long-term basis while still retaining the provider of those products during times when food was more scarce. Being able to survive in diverse climates and conditions while other species were dying off as their food sources were eliminated was and continues to be key to our success as a species.10 -
I am tired of vegan myths giving vegans a bad name. It is totally natural to drink milk. Why? Because it is a food. It has calories and provides nutrients. I agree that milk has been capitalized for money and the end product may not be as healthy as the organic product. I don't drink milk.
I don't agree that people should tell people not to eat or drink something. I am not a vegan, although I support the lifestyle choice, but for personal reasons I don't do it. For what I do, I say mostly plant based. I than recommend plant based options if people ask about it because I believe it to be a healthy choice. I do not tell people they are wrong for not listening or choosing that option for themselves. I also don't bring it up if no one asks.
I would hope the goal for vegans would be a healthy promotion of the lifestyle when asked. Not, "you're wrong if you don't believe what I believe." When people act this way, it only damages the view of veganism.12 -
Well, this thread certainly got interesting. Diet shaming, petty bickering, cats, conspiracy theories, insults, more insults, BroScience, WooScience, and feminism LOL

Pretty much a typical thread, then.6 -

Thanks for posting this link. I don't know much about plant based protein and you gave some good info--with great photos.0 -

When feminism hit....I was out. Its best I leave politics out of my dieting experience. This is actually my first experience with a thread. Usually a comment or two. I stick with the games and challenges. My take away from
*MY* experience here is...maybe just don't respond after advice given, and most importantly include *in my opinion, *I think, *my experience ect. before and after any statement made...But that's just *my opinion*. Oh and I apologize to any dairy consumers I may have offended by my opinions.
Best wishes to everyone reading this, may you reach your goals and even exceed your own expectations for yourself.2 -

I think she thinks that a grown woman not wanting to be called a girl is feminism. Not really sure how she came to that conclusion though.
