The ones I use are between 3-5mins a piece so I just keep a list of the mins. for each video I do and add them up at the end. I'm trying to do about 45mins a day right now. But here are some names and links. Hope this helps.

I forgot to mention that I use www.zumbacalories.com to figure out how many calories I burn. I usually go with mid-intensity. Sometimes I push harder on ones I can do better but over all I just go with mid-intensity.0

I have finally gotten back to what I was before the 4th weekend so my ticker still hasn't moved yet since I'm where I set it at. But I have lost 2lbs this week.0

I went over my calorie target today but it was pizza and movie night with the kids. I did workout though so hopefully it won't show too bad on the scale tomorrow. It's my one day off. Back to work tomorrow.0

I'm a few days late but I'd like to join if that's ok I have my July 1st weight so I'll use that as my starting weight on my ticker. I'll post my "why I want to get in shape" to introduce myself. Sorry, it's kind of long. I'm setting my "lean by Halloween" goal at 30 lbs! Hope I can make it
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to feel good in my own body and wear the things I want to wear. I want to go to the pool or the beach and have fun, not constantly worry about who sees me in my bathing suit. I want to look good in jeans, wear high heels without killing my feet and wear pretty dresses!!
I have PCOS and struggled with infertility for 2 years before getting pregnant with my twins. We had to go through tests and lots and lots of medication to overcome infertility. My husband gave me injections in my tummy everyday, for about two weeks for 8 months straight. We would like to have another baby, in about 2 years, without going through fertility treatments. Meeting my goal weight could be the ticket for doing so. Losing weight can lessen the symptoms of PCOS. I hope it does that for me.
I want to be able to run around with my babies (when they get mobile) without getting out of breath. I want to ride roller coasters with them and not worry about fitting into the seats. I want my husband to be able to pick me up. I want to sit on his lap without worrying about his legs going numb! I want to weigh less than him!
I hope I can be an inspiration to someone looking to lose weight.0 -

Definitely go for the Zumba. It's awesome. You work up the best sweat and burn the most calories. Also I like that you can do different styles of dance. Some take a bit longer to get good at but after you've done it while it will feel more natural. I feel like I get better everyday.0
