I'm a little up over the weekend so I have some work to do this week. I did work out on Sunday so hopefully that will get me started right this week. I'm going to add some strength training this week to see if I can boost my weight loss. It's suppose to burn more calories than just cardio.0

I am up 2.2 pounds this week which does not surprise me one bit. I was out of town this past weekend and definitely indulged more than I should. I also didn't make the best choices yesterday either. It's a new week and I'm ready to start fresh!0 -
Finally making some good progress. I was stuck at 171 for about three weeks, but yesterday the scale said 167.4. Finally into the 160s. :drinker:0

This kind of stinks. Unintentionally I am way under my calories today just because what I put together for meals was on the light side. I didn't even plan it that way, it just happened. I also exercised today so I'm too far under. I need to plan better.0

Great news i finally gave up and jump on that scale. I lost a pound. So all my sweating is paying off. woohoo!0

No weight loss for me even though I've been working hard the last couple of days. I think I'm experiencing muscle swelling from the intense workout I'm doing so hopefully when that goes down the weight loss will show. However, my hubby mentioned quite a bit this morning that he's noticed a difference and I'm looking really thin (of course compared to where I was). That was nice. So it seems to be showing visually but not on the scale yet.0
