    I'm a little up over the weekend so I have some work to do this week. I did work out on Sunday so hopefully that will get me started right this week. I'm going to add some strength training this week to see if I can boost my weight loss. It's suppose to burn more calories than just cardio.

    I am up 2.2 pounds this week which does not surprise me one bit. I was out of town this past weekend and definitely indulged more than I should. I also didn't make the best choices yesterday either. It's a new week and I'm ready to start fresh!

    Finally making some good progress. I was stuck at 171 for about three weeks, but yesterday the scale said 167.4. Finally into the 160s. :drinker:

    I had a pretty busy weekend, so here are the results from my weigh-in last week:

    Lean by Halloween Weigh-ins:
    GW: 164lbs

    SW(7/4/11): 185.8
    W1(7/8/11): 184
    W2(7/15/11):182.6
    W3(7/22/11):179.4

    Total loss so far: 6.4lbs

    Great job on the losses everyone!!! And for overcoming obstacles :) Summertime is hard with vacations and such…so we are doing amazing!! Keep up the great work!

    This kind of stinks. Unintentionally I am way under my calories today just because what I put together for meals was on the light side. I didn't even plan it that way, it just happened. I also exercised today so I'm too far under. I need to plan better.

    NSV - I completed KenpoX at 100% intensity and feel great afterwards. My stamina must be getting better. Looking forward to the scale tomorrow. I hope my work shows.

    No weight loss for me even though I've been working hard the last couple of days. I think I'm experiencing muscle swelling from the intense workout I'm doing so hopefully when that goes down the weight loss will show. However, my hubby mentioned quite a bit this morning that he's noticed a difference and I'm looking really thin (of course compared to where I was). That was nice. So it seems to be showing visually but not on the scale yet.
