Soooooooo I have been thinking a lot and since I did not loose much weight in July I have set a new goal for myself.
My SW for this challenge I think was ~180 and when I started my GW was 135.
My new goal is to get to 155 by my b-day (Oct 8) and 150 by Halloween. I feel like this is a much more realistic goal and that I will actually reach it by then. Overall I think I still want to weigh 135 but I don't care if it takes me even a year to get to that so long as I go about it the healthy way.0 -
Down 11lbs so far, a holiday of hiking 4-5 hours every day in the mountains sure helped!0

I missed last weeks weighin because I was having car problems and had to stay with a friend for a ride to/from work. I know that I have been slacking but that is going to change in August.... I have two months before my half marathon and I have kicked my training into HIGH gear!!!!0 -
I've lost another 3lbs. In general I am so close to the big 5-0 in pounds lost. It seems to be added motivation, because I want to go and run a marathon. (ok not really, but you get the idea). Seems like everyone is doing great!! Keep at it! :happy:0

I think I’m going to weigh in early this week, as I will be leaving Friday morning to go camping until Monday…so I will update my weight either probably Friday morning instead of Saturday0 -
Down 11.6 lbs since July 1st! I wouldn't put the decimal in there if it weren't a freakin 6! But I'm super thrilled that I'm losing steadily!
My goal is to be around the 250's by October 31st.. It's been a while since I've seen the 250's and then after that I think losing the rest will be great!
I haven't looked into costumes yet. I always get discouraged.. even at 250 I may still get discouraged. But I think I will be more excited once the season grows closer. I'm more in tuned about getting my wedding taken care of first! Which is only 10 days before Halloween! =D0 -

The scale is moving. I'm .2 lbs from being exactly 13 lbs total lost so my ticker says 13 which makes me so excited. But for the group I'm really close to having lost 5 lbs so far. I really hope that the weekend doesn't ruin it. I always do well before the weekend and then not so well Monday morning even when I'm trying to be good. We'll see.0

i stayed the same this week i guess it's good considering i went on vacation, but it sucks considering i did SO WELL while i was away. i got plenty of exercise and sleep and i made great food choices.....so i don't know what happened. i'm kind of upset about it....but, at least i didn't gain...:indifferent:0
