I have not been able to exercise for 3 weeks because of a surgery and we are in the process of moving, everything is packed away so we have been dining out and I have not been logging my food so I have gained a little more. I finally got to exercise today (got the ok from the doctor) and it felt good! Cant wait to get back into the routine and start losing again!0 -

I just went through the moving part and too much eating out and not being able to exercise properly..... I feel for you and try to get back on track as quickly as you can.... the boxes will wait... I'm still not completely unpacked and don't care to mess with it to be honest!0 -

I've been on a mini vacation since Sat. and just got back yesterday. I didn't keep up with my diary cuz it was just too hard with what i was able to eat there. However, I didn't gain any weight. I actually might have lost some but I had a heavy dinner last night and dessert. We'll see how I am tomorrow. I did a ton of walking though up and down some very steep hills cuz I was in San Francisco. Does anyone here live there? It was great but I'm tired and sore. I'll hopefully post a weight loss tomorrow.

I am not discouraged by that gain... my "normal" weighin scale is holding steady at 173!? I have plenty of time to lose the weight and am not in a hurry0 -
You are all doing so amazing!! 2 camping trips and the county fair have led me dreading the scale...I will weigh-in again this weekend (skipped last week due to camping). I really need to get myself back into working out, jogging and making healthier food choices. I hope you're all doing well....and i look forward to hearing some more success stories from all of you0
