Whoo Hoo! Down another pound today. I'm racing toward that goal. I'm so excited and proud of myself for doing so well and sticking with it.
We have some great losses on here. Can't wait for Halloween!0 -
I'm in. I'm making my goal weight 125 by Halloween. I don't know if that's doable but I would like to try. I'm clean eating, doing cardio, and lifting, so I hope I can make this happen.
And gosh darn it, I want to wear a skanky costume because it's my last year in college and I've never done it before. (don't judge)0 -

Down 1.2 pounds this week, and got to the high end of my healthy weight range!!!! 4.4 pounds total lost~0

I'm a little up over the weekend so I have some work to do this week. I did work out on Sunday so hopefully that will get me started right this week. I'm going to add some strength training this week to see if I can boost my weight loss. It's suppose to burn more calories than just cardio.0

I am up 2.2 pounds this week which does not surprise me one bit. I was out of town this past weekend and definitely indulged more than I should. I also didn't make the best choices yesterday either. It's a new week and I'm ready to start fresh!0 -
Finally making some good progress. I was stuck at 171 for about three weeks, but yesterday the scale said 167.4. Finally into the 160s. :drinker:0

This kind of stinks. Unintentionally I am way under my calories today just because what I put together for meals was on the light side. I didn't even plan it that way, it just happened. I also exercised today so I'm too far under. I need to plan better.0

Great news i finally gave up and jump on that scale. I lost a pound. So all my sweating is paying off. woohoo!0

No weight loss for me even though I've been working hard the last couple of days. I think I'm experiencing muscle swelling from the intense workout I'm doing so hopefully when that goes down the weight loss will show. However, my hubby mentioned quite a bit this morning that he's noticed a difference and I'm looking really thin (of course compared to where I was). That was nice. So it seems to be showing visually but not on the scale yet.0
