    07/01: 190.6 Thank goodness I weighed yesterday and not today (193.2) who gains 3#'s in one day? Without doing anythig differently? Sooper lame!!
    07/04: 193.2 Still sooper lame. I have a drs apt. on Wednesday so hopefully she can tell me WTH is wrong with my lame body...this time!!! :mad:
    07/11: 190 well I lost whatever the heck that was but not much else. This was a bad week, though. At least I didn't gain.

    07/04: 134.8 --- I totally expected this with the 4th of July and TOM
    07/11: 134 ---- I think my body hates Monday...I had a pretty good weekend and didn't over do it at all. I was in the 133 range all week with even being down in the 132 range for 2 days. Then this morning comes around and I see this. UGH! I have worked harder this week and had a weekly burn of 4602 but still see this:explode: Ok OK deep breath next week right :grumble:

    I totally hear you there but I find if I see lower numbers on the scale that means it is coming it just takes a couple days to stick it seems. I too saw 132, 2 days in a row so recorded on here but today was 133 so that is what I recorded on this challenge. Next week :wink: you will get there. This is why I like to weigh myself everyday so I know I am on the right track sometimes there is just a little back and forth fluctuationbut that is ok too I wouldn't like fluctuation if I was in maintenance I don't think so will have to stop weighing everyday when I get there.

    I was thinking the EXACT same thing about my body! Maybe next month we should do Friday weigh ins? I was down to 219.2 and holding steady from wed-fri then sat. was at 218.8 so I was pretty stoked, sun 219.2 then all of a sudden today 221.8 :grumble: I was so mad :explode: I even went home at lunch and tried again and of course....219.8 which is still better than the 221.8 I checked in with!! :mad: :explode: :explode: :grumble:

    Well dropped another 2.2 lbs this week!!! Should be pleased with that but on Friday I was down to 187.4!!!!! That would've been awesome!!! Ate rel clean over week-end under my cals every day but had some good exercise and have put it back on!!!! Such a rollercoaster!!!!

    I'm just glad I didn't gain after a week of vacation. I'm hoping to ramp things up this week and next! Icecream is my weakness. Stay away from me Cold Stone Creamery and all these so called frozen yogurt places that still have calorie laden treats!

    I vote for Friday weigh ins starting from August! Weekends are just horrible and it is great to have the week to makeup for slacking off during the weekend. Pretty please!

    I agree, Friday weigh ins would be awesome. I actually weigh in now every Friday and wait until Monday to post it. Friday has always been my weigh in day.

    I like Mondays. It is a fresh start. I am usually too busy on Fridays to add something extra (even if it takes two seconds). Also I don't want to put myself in a must watch state for the weekend. What happens, happens. It should be part of my self -control.

    2 lbs lost. I have not been able to get lower than 128. Been bouncing between 128 and 133 since April. I hope I can get over this plateau this month!

    I actually weigh on Fridays AND on Mondays. I'm in 4 challenge groups - two weigh/measure Fri & two on Mon. So it really doesn't matter to me. It is nice to see how my weight changes over the weekend, though. It helps keep me in check a bit.

    I think everyone is higher on Mondays. I know I am! But I really need to learn to modify and not go crazy over the weekends. So even though this monday weigh in is tough.... its a reality check for me lol

    And its so great to see so many people that actually do LOSE! Helps inspire me to know I can do it too if I put my mind to it. Heres to a good week! :drinker:

    Congrats to everyone that has turned in their weights. If you haven't done so yet please still get them in.

    Our biggest loser of the week is Kalrez with an amazing 5.2 pound drop in one week!!!
    2nd place goes to PDC72601 with a shocking 4.8 pound drop!!
    3rd place is Tayla08 with a 4 pound drop!!!

    Kalrez picked 50 GOOD crunches every day as the optional weekly challenge. They do not have to be all at once. 5 sets of 10 are totally doable

    And here is the spread sheet....I deleted off 15 people that have never given me a weight or checked in. So we are down to 74 people on the chart and a few others that are playing along with us but aren't on the chart because they started late.
