My goal is 100 miles anything above z a bonus. If i m in and around 80, i m fine either. In conjunction i m also doing T25 and shred in parallel wveryday.3

Need to do some serious catching up already. October 1st was a lot of time spent indoors in various meetings. October 2nd was yard work so not as many steps as I would have hoped.3 -

Hi everyone - and welcome new faces -especially Debbie (you know why!)
My last month was ok but then when splat as we got a puppy and I became fairly trapped in the house til he settles. Luckily he is gorgeous. Plus 3am wee breaks and other puppy demands have not been doing my CFS any favours ....and i am in energy preservation mode.
so getting to swimming is out. And he is still too young for walks of any length..or indeed as yet going beyond the garden fence (vaccinations not all done).
All in all - i am going to go with the flow on this and set my goals mid month!

Adjusting for the actual mileage of the race yesterday...much shorter than 4 miles. Also, did a very light workout today since I got sick last night and slept most of the day today, but wanted to get a little something done even if I'm fighting off a cold or something.

I'm in, but unable to do the huge number of steps or most of the activities like that of others...I'm mobility impaired, so that's not realistic for me. My goal this week is 575 steps/day. Next week, I'll up it to 600 and each week, up it by 25 steps. I have a Garmin Vivosmart HR to record, so I'll give you what my steps have been for the last 4 days, and then when tonight is done, I'll add that, and stay caught up...
Hope you all don't mind someone who can't keep up with the pace you all walk, but at least I'm staying active. Went from maybe 100 steps a day to averaging 600 or so...just not that higher number consistently yet.
