Had several days of family visiting so we did a lot of fishing, but it was standing the whole time so got some calories for it. Back to regular stuff today 810 calories walking and weights.0

OOOH suffering with a bad back today so my 40 minute brisk walk was definately a very slow stroll today but feel good that I still got out there and did it! Mind you this had a lot to do with hubbies determination to get me up this morning :bigsmile: So a whole minute past the halfway mark for me.0
