Late to join, but I'm ready to kick butt1

Late to reply. I work 3rd shift and was too drained the night before to do my day 1, but finished all 3 challenges before the clock struck 12! Abs and legs weren't bad, but the glutes kicked my butt (my knees have always hated squats).
For the glutes I ended up splitting the exercises. I would do 10 squats then 10 hip thrusts and so on until I got to the goal. May not have been the best thing for results, but my knees sure thanked me when it was over! If my knees allow, I may do day 2 fairly soon!2 -

Day 2 of abs and legs complete!
I can really feel it in my thighs this morning.... shows it is working! I am finding the double leg lifts the hardest so far but I am enjoying discovering what my body can do!2 -
Day 2... kinda done?
I had a session with my personal trainer today. I'm pretty sure we hit 100 squats and 50 lunges. Not to mention the new ab routine he's making me do... It actually includes the double leg lift and the reverse crunch. I hurt in the best possible way!
I'll pick up with day 3 again.2 -

Partly done except for the glutes part, body is way to sore to attempt 70 squats/hip thrusts2
