Okay so knocked off day 3&4 today,,, couldn't quite pull myself over the hump to knock off 52

Day 5 done! The glute challenge is getting easier and easier to complete in one shot! Was doing sets of 15 of each exercise instead of 10! Gonna try for sets of 20 tomorrow!2

Thanks for this, I was going to ask if people are doing it in smaller sets and how many. I'm doing it in one go at the moment but don't think I can keep that up as the numbers her crazier!3 -

You're welcome! I actually have terrible knees, they've always hated anything to do with squats, lunges, ect. I started off doing sets of 10 and alternating between the squats and hip thrusts to save me the pain. Now that I'm getting used to it (and the challenges are getting more and more intense) I wanted to start increasing the amount I do in one set to push myself further. Let me know how it helps you in the future!3 -

Day 6 done minus abs. Had some weird nerve pain after 2 roll ups so stopped. Will try again later and see of it feels better.2

Day 6 abs and legs complete!
Whilst my squats today my mum made a remark about me having "squeaky shoes". I explained it was in fact my knees lol!2 -
Missed yesterday so my abs will get a double work out today. Glad it was a rest day for the legs yesterday. And for the glutes my goal is to get at least 60 of squats and hip thrusts in.2

Rest day for me today for the challenges. Went on a 5k run (well slow shambling jog is more like it) but not sure my legs could take any amount of squats. I've never actually managed to run that long in one go (not stopping to walk at all!) so I'll count that as a victory even if I have to skip out on today's challenge.
I'll try to make up for it tomorrow4 -
