This morning (5am) I started a weekly (for now) bicycle training at a place we bring our bikes and stationary ride to a computerized routine. My legs only go so fast. And by the last 15 minutes, I thought I would toss last night's cookies.1

@MiamiSeoul On a roll! These are so helpful and fun. I'll be there with a modified version of the above .... No sit-ups - they always make my bum bruised / blistered ??? And less squats, but with weight added.2

Ok today's workout done! Added in 20mins actors cardio at the start as well. Slightly modified - spinbike for cardio instead of star jumps.

I'm on my way to a full body workout class this morning.1

So Day 1 is done! I'm switching my tricep dips with tricep kickbacks. I had a shoulder injury last year and dips really aggravate it. I am also switching some of the sit-ups for full body roll up and hundreds! I find I bore really easy having to do the same move! It was a rough start this morning, started he challenge after my early morning run and right after last months challenge!! No rest for the wicked!!!!3

Day 1 Done. I think my body is a little shocked. I did both. The 1st one is tolerable. The 2nd one is like a punishment for not exercising for a month.5
