  • I did the Advanced Tae Bo workout ( 50 min ) today and it really pushes me.
    PHEW! Thought I was going to DIE!
    I made it - yay me.

    Goal : 4500

    Mon. 573 cals burned doing 30 min Basic Tae Bo & dancing AND 2 sets of 25 ab. crunches over ball, 2 sets of 15 front kicks into squats. I got in 9 glasses of water.
    Tues. 798 cals burned doing 50 min . Tae Bo workout AND 2 sets of 25 ab. crunches over ball, 2 sets of front kicks into squats. I am on my 6th glass of water so I am doing well there.

    Thurs.
    Fri.
    Sat.
    Sun.

    Goal 4500 this week

    Wed. 1495 cals burned doing Tae Bo, dancing, cleaned my building, AND got in the 2 sets of ab crunches over ball, 2 sets of 15 front kicks into squats. On glass number 7 of my water so I will have plenty in by the end of the day.

    Wed: 1495 calories burned - 30 min Tae Bo, dancing, 50 ab crunches, 30 kicks into squats, AND cleaning my buidling
    Thur: 705 calories burned- 45 min bike ride w/ the kids, 20 min chasing lost dog & returning it ( grr ), 10 min vacuuming, 50 ab crunches, 30 kicks & squats, up to 60 oz of water so far today - will make H20 goal!!

    Sat: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun: calories burned (how they were burned)

    Total: 4500

    Ok so I know that our weigh in is not until Sunday. But I am one of those freaks that weigh everyday. Same time, clothes and all that.
    I got on the scale and bammm I saw it. Stepped of the scale in disbelief and tried again. Yep still there. Stepped off the scale, stepped back on yep still there. I have finallly made it to onderland. This chick is finally in the one hundreds again!!! Never to return to the land of 200's!!!! I am sooo excited I feel like I'm going to explode from the inside out.

    Well I dont' think I'm going to get too 4500 I am at 980 though...so far. That's the most I've done in a long time :)

    But I have been doing my front kicks and crunches :) Hope everyone has a good friday!

    totally failing at the challenge this week. ughhhh. but still trying to exercise as much as possible.

    really nervous for the weigh-in tomorrow.... it was TOM earlier this week, so I hope that doesn't mess everything up!

    Ok, I'm back! I didn't do the challenges last week as I was a bit out of it, my horse sadly had to be put down. I didn't make great food choices but I'm also proud to say that I didn't make bad food choices - I tried not to eat my feelings.

    It's made me appreciate life more, as corny as that sounds, and I know that I don't want to go through the rest of my life regretting the things I didn't do because of my weight.

    Congrats on everyone who gave it their all this week, we CAN do this!

    177.6! scale didn't budge all week, so down 1.8 was quite a surprise!

    After 2 bad weekends, I weigh in at 182.7. Not much in the way of loss, but I will do better next week!

    I was 140.4 last week. I am 139.0 this week. I completed the challenges. Water, calories burned and crunches were easy. That kick into squat thing- I could do without!
    Thanks for pushing me to do more!

    Ok, I looked up my weekly calories burned and it was 6,931 calories. I was kinda shocked!!!! I worked out 2 -3 times a day, 6 days this week. I did a combo of elliptical, C2K5 and strength training so I met my weekly challenge goal.

    I proud to say that despite TOM showing up this week I had a decent loss. I went from 189 to 185.5. WOOT!!!!

    everyone is doing so great! i can't tell you how awsome it feels to be subtracting from everyones lbs to go & seeing it get smaller & smaller....we already have three people within 20 lbs of their goal & two of them are within 10lbs!!!!

    My weight today is 230.2lbs. very small loss but its better then gaining!!!

    well I wish I could say I'm that close to my christmas goal...but I'm almost 10 lbs closer than when we started.... only 40 to go! how many weeks are left?

    I DID IT!! Proud of myself b/c this week was a real push for me.

    195.8 I went shopping yesterday and bought pants a size smaller then usual! I was soooooo happy!
