Day 18- 10 minutes shoveling snow, 5 minutes pushing a car out of a snowbank (Hails yes, I'm counting that!), and 45-ish minutes doing Les Mills Combat "Power Kata."

Day 7 - 20 minutes fat burning zone aerobics/20 minutes cardio aerobics (yeah! a whole week...)1

Day 30: Strength Training for 55 minutes.
Day 31: Leg workout and walking for a total of 60 minutes.

Day 2 - 45 minutes hiking
Day 3 - 130 minutes hiking
Day 4 - 60 minutes hiking
Day 5 - 80 minutes walking1 -
Starting over. Came down with a horrible cold/virus that made it impossible to work out on Tuesday and yesterday. Looking forward to starting again. Either today or tomorrow.1

Day 8: 45 minutes on the treadmill...after going out to early dinner for my birthday. Now that's a first! 100 days no matter what, right?1

Day 19- (yesterday on the 5th) Core de Force MMA Power, about 47 minutes. Oh my hails, that was hard.
Day 20- 30 minutes Les Mills Combat "Kick Start." and a half hour of Leslie Sansone plus a whole lot of shopping (grocery!) today.1 -
Day 20, 35 minutes of core de force "power sculpt."
I may have spent five minutes dancing with an eight year old as well.2 -
Day 10 - 30 minutes treadmill - weight loss mode - arm weights.2

Day3- Walking 20 Minutes2 -
Day 32: Walked for 40 minutes.
Day 33: Lifted weights for 40 minutes.
Day 34: Lifted weights and walked for 60 minutes total.
