"Tres awesome?"...does that make me French now? Like how "Fragile" makes things Italian??
Yes @lstrat115 to movie quoting/referencing!
Are you flirting with me?!
Do you think he eats scuba snacks?
I bet he is more of a peanut butter kind of fella

Not interested in a relationship, or not interested in a relationship with him. These are two VERY different things. And if you are not clear then, on some level you are stringing them along.
Some guys can be desperate puppies hoping for the littlest sliver of an opportunity. And some women can be players, taking everything they can, using guys, claiming they were not leading them on all the while they knew they were. Friends on the hand look out for each other, meaning they are honest, and sometimes make the hard decision.
The fact that you are asking the question, makes me suspect you already know your own answer here. (Is he talking about other girls, or are you his only obsession?)0 -

I never flirt or use any innuendo. I believe that logic and intellect are more important in securing an acceptable mate. Then, after a studious courtship, it is proper to find social and interpersonal algorithmic nuances to enhance a sexual desire with that specific female to ensure a proper procreation focused response.3 -

I don't need to be special--and I enjoy a good back-and-forth flirt! Insecurity causes someone to label a harmless flirt as "teasing."0 -
