Hi all, I'm 38.. Train a lot, been mainly weights for last year and a bit of MTB, but still quite over weight! Upped my cardio, stripped my diet and stopped drinking, starter using this app with a Garmin watch I had for Christmas, good results so far, Training twice a day right now and 4lb gone since Monday (probs mainly water!) Looking to drop 3 stone-ish, big frame (ex loosehead prop) and a bit of muscle, so will be happy to get to 17 stone I reckon!0

57 here and living the challenges with the gym and cycling oh and the diet!
Although I hate the word diet as it has die in it lol
Positive nutrition is a buzz word for me

Won't get much exercise in today. Have an appt. this a.m. then work from 1-9 p.m. in a grocery bakery. I am constantly moving so that helps. Really need to make sure I find time each day to get in some kind of regular exercise no matter what it is.
