I know my Jan goal isnt very ambitious. But I will feel defeated if I dont reach my goal.
Little and often is better for me and then if I do better, great.
Also my weight fluctuates a lot depending on my cycle.

Lots of little ups and downs in my weight this week. Started cross-training on non-running days, so I'm up to six days per week with at least 30 minutes of exercise. A vast improvement for me, and I feel tons better, mood-wise.8 -

Slightly in the wrong direction on the scale, but I'm not worried. I had a few high calorie days for my wife's birthday / leftover cake, and high sodium yesterday.
It was actually the first week I can remember getting intensity minutes every day, from either running, or the bike. I'm happy about that7 -

Really pleased with my results so far! I did hit 60.7kg on Friday as i can't help weighing myself everyday. That's my lowest weight since November 2015 so really motivated to keep going!
Started doing weights and cardio and I'm not eating any crap. So close to 5 pounds off and I've got 2 weeks left
