Oatmeal (instant) and skim milk. Pretty much what I have every weekday.
Yesterday, however, was 2 waffles with raspberries and whipped cream, 3 pc bacon and pan fried potatoes. Plus coffee. But I was going snowshoeing for a couple hours and needed the extra food. Burned over 1000 cals and enjoyed the sunshine.0 -

I fixed a little sandwich of 2 slices of homemade wheat bread, 66 grams, with one egg, 1 slice of bacon, and 2 g Sriracha sauce. I also have had a protein shake of 4 oz kefir and 50 g protein powder, along with ice and water all blended together.0
